I really liked the product - until I had to replace the first filter. I went online at Canopy and ordered half a dozen. They used UPS, so it arrived typically late. Then, about 2 months later another mystery Canopy box arrived with some oils that I would never dream of using ... also, a bill arrived along with a reminder that ... somehow ... I must have agreed to a series of reoccurring purchases. I was floored. So, I tried to cancel these reoccurring orders. I found that to be impossible - I found no button to push or link to un-click. Canopy seems to be a pretty good company with an overzealous digital sales team that tricks you into making reoccurring orders ... so, unsuspecting customers are fleeced and then they make it impossible to figure out how to un-fleece yourself. I'm really really dissatisfied ... and will soon call my credit card company and nuke Canopy from any further orders.
