    Not impressed

    Was charged for my first sub in the initial purchase than they charged me again when it shipped. Humidifier unit also failed after two weeks. Now I have an extra set of filters that a paid twice for and a broken humidifier that I cant use them on. Still waiting for a replacement unit 3 weeks later...

    Terrible customer service

    I have sent several emails in the past week to see where my subscription replacement filters are, and have heard absolutely nothing back. My credit card was charged January 3rd and it is January 21st with no reply on where my filters are..
