What kind of warranty does Canopy offer?
Canopy offers 2 product warranties! Both cover any potential defects caused by manufacturing errors. In the event that your Canopy unit is no longer functioning our team will replace any defective unit or part.
Every Canopy customer gets the standard Canopy 12 Month Warranty With the purchase of a Canopy Humidifier (Bedside or Plus), Showerhead, or Diffuser.
Customers enrolled in our Aroma plus Filter subscriptions will be automatically enrolled in the Canopy Lifetime Warranty covering all units beyond 12 months for those customers who have an eligible Canopy subscription.

If you’re interested in signing up for a Lifetime Warranty you’ll need to subscribe to a Premium Subscription, which includes a new Aroma Kit and replacement filter every 6 weeks. You can enroll for a Bedside Humidifier here, a Humidifier Plus here, Showerhead here, and a Diffuser here.
What is covered under the warranty?
Both of Canopy’s warranties offer full coverage for any manufacturer defects. In the event that your Canopy unit, either the Bedside Humidifier, Humidifier Plus, Showerhead, or Diffuser, is no longer functioning our team will replace any defective unit or part.
You may be asked to submit photos or videos of your unit, or send back what you have for testing in accordance with instructions we will provide.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The Canopy warranties cannot be used to replace:
Units that have been lost or disposed of
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage and discoloration wherein the unit is still functioning
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation of the product
Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instructions, warnings, or maintenance guidelines provided by Canopy
Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized persons
Accidental damage, or any external causes beyond our control
Products that have been used for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with their intended use
Please note that the units covered under the Lifetime Warranty can only be replaced once every 12 months.
How do I know if I'm eligible for a Lifetime Warranty?
To be eligible for the Canopy Lifetime Warranty coverage, you must have an active Aroma plus Filter either created at the time of purchase, or added to the account at a later date, for your Canopy product.
With your active Aroma plus Filter Subscription you must have received a minimum of 2 refills per 6 months of activation.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
