Shipping Policy

We do our best to get all Canopy's out as soon as possible. All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 30 business days. During normal times, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

In the rare occurrence that Canopy is out of stock, we’ll display the backorder status and expected ship date on the product page, and we’ll also include the expected “Ships By” date in your order confirmation email. Backordered items may extend the anticipated delivery timeframe, so please check these details if you’re purchasing a backordered product.

Canopy items are available for purchase in the United States.

US Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order, and we're able to offer free shipping across the country for orders valued over $25

Between October 28th 2025 and January 20th 2026 orders all Canopy orders a subject to a Holiday Carrier Surcharge. All major US carriers have increased their rates during the busy holiday season to cover increased operational costs and while Canopy works hard to keep costs as low as possible we will have to pass this fee along to customers. Once the rates return to normal the cost will be removed from Canopy orders

Canadian shipping costs. Prior to March 18th, 2025, Canopy products were available in Canada, and any active Canadian subscriptions have been grandfathered into our shipping program. Shipping costs vary based on your destination and the weight of each order. Shipping cost, inclusive of duties and VAT fees, will be calculated and displayed on customer Account Pages based on these factors.

During the Holiday season Canopy also offers expedited shipping for an additional fee, which will be quoted to you at checkout. Typically, this additional fee is in the below ranges for the different expedited shipping types:

  • Ground Transportation - $10- $15
  • Air Transportation - $25 - $30

    Note: The above recommendations are for continental US customers, for Canadian customers we recommend adding an additional week to ensure your order has time to clear customs.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Additional notices

    Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider indicated in the email notification sent with your tracking number. 

    You are responsible for the payment of any additional duties or fees mandated by customs and not indicated as being inclusive in the purchase price or shipping fees. 

    If you submitted an incorrect delivery address at the time of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], but we are not responsible for incorrect or mistyped addresses and cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept the delivery or update your information with our delivery service provider to redirect the order to the correct address. If we are able to update the delivery address, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
