When will my order ship?

In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days. If there’s a delay or you’ve ordered something on preorder, the updated “Ships By” date will always be visible on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Will my order ship together?

We always try to send your Canopy devices and accessories in as few shipments as possible. That said, we’d rather get what’s ready out the door quickly instead of holding everything up. If part of your order is delayed, we’ll ship the available items right away so you can start enjoying Canopy sooner. You’ll get tracking emails for each shipment, and on this page you'll be able to monitor the status of all shipments. Just enter your order number, from your confirmation email, into the box above, and select the dropdown to see all packages.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive 5–7 business days after they ship. Delivery can take a little longer during busy times like the holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, just reach out through our contact form and our Customer Experience team will be happy to help.

How will I know if my order has delayed shipping?

If an item you purchased has a delayed shipping schedule, you’ll see the “Ships By” date clearly listed on the product page at checkout. That date will also be reflected in your confirmation email.

What is Canopy's return policy?

We want you to love your Canopy! That’s why every device is backed by our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your device within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (minus a $10 handling fee that covers return shipping). This applies to all Humidifiers, Diffusers, Filtered Showerheads, Faucet Filters, and Bath Tub Filters.
