I love this humidifier and the fact that you can use the oils. My complaint is that the oils very rarely smell up a room, making it almost worthless most of the time.
To those who think they can’t change or choose anything…you can change your subscription ship date and frequency in your account, under subscriptions. You can also find the scheduled oil scents in the General FAQ so you can reschedule if you don’t like a particular one. Very easy!

I can never smell anything with these and the filters only last at most 3 weeks using industrial grade filtered water (which we have set up in the house).

We're sorry to hear that you're not currently satisfied with the aroma being produced by your Humidifier or how long your filters are lasting.
In general, the Aroma Puck will absorb and distribute aroma within a few minutes of adding the fragrance oil. Just place your Aroma Puck in the divot on the top grate of your unit and add 2-5 drops of oil to the center of the puck. With the fan on you should be able to sense the fragrance in just a few minutes! Diffuse until the smell dissipates and then add more oil or start with a fresh Puck for a new scent.
How often you need to change your Humidifier's filter depends on a few factors, such as the frequency of use and hardness of the water used in your tank. The harder your water the more often you'll need to change your filter. The best way to tell if your filter should be replaced is by looking and feeling. If your filter has turned crusty, hardened, and discolored throughout, then it's time to replace. We recommend replacing your filter every 5-7 weeks to ensure Canopy is performing optimally.

I think it's really nice, definitely only for small spaces like a single room. I'm still concerned whether or not I should be using distilled water in it, but I do like the hum it makes on the medium setting. The higher setting is too loud for me to sleep with. Canopy filters are so good. They collect all of the bad stuff that we don't even know is floating around our homes. I like that the humidifier also comes with aroma diffuser puck... however, the scent isn't strong at all, in my opinion. I wish I could smell it more, but maybe it's just because I am used to it. I will still continue to use it, though, and love my Canopy!

The filter is great, but the aromas are not. I wish there was a way to cancel just the aroma portion of my subscription, but it looks like I have to cancel the whole thing.
