When should I expect my subscription to arrive?
Your Canopy subscription will arrive on the default product cadence, most between 45 or 90 days. You’ll receive an email notification before your next refill is processed, giving you time to make any changes if needed. Generally, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
How will I receive my exclusive perks?
All of your exclusive perks can be found in your subscription portal. Simply log in to your account to view and access your discounts, special offers, early access opportunities, and any rewards available to you as a subscriber. Your portal is the central place to manage your perks and stay up to date on everything included with your subscription.

What are the payment options?
At Canopy, we appreciate that every customer has unique preferences when it comes to making payments. That’s why we offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods, tailored to suit your needs including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, and HSA/FSA with Truemed. - To qualify for Hydration Hero status and its perks, you must complete three consecutive subscription refills with no skips, reschedules, or changes to your order cadence. Any interruption or adjustment will reset your progress toward Starter status.
- Cashback is issued as Canopy Credits and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or money back. Credits are non-transferable. Canceling your subscription forfeits any remaining Canopy Credits, additional restrictions may apply.
- To be eligible for the Canopy Lifetime Warranty coverage, you must have an active Aroma Subscription either created at the time of purchase, or added to the account at a later date, for your Canopy product. With your active Aroma Subscription you must have received a minimum of 2 refills per 6 months of activation.
