How is the Canopy Aroma Diffuser different from competitors?
With no mist and no water, the Canopy Aroma Diffuser uses a unique technology that’s different from traditional models. Traditional misting diffusers spew particles and bacteria into the air you breathe.
Our aroma diffuser is totally mist-free and uses the natural process of evaporation to deliver the scent into your air. Our aroma diffuser provides the easiest, cleanest way to enjoy aromas. Our system uses no water, which means you can say goodbye to mold, messes, and pesky maintenance.
How do I use the Aroma Diffuser?
Each Aroma Diffuser comes with a Diffusion Well and each bottle of fragrance or aroma oil comes with an Aroma Puck.
To add an aroma, remove the cap of your oil and turn the bottle upside down into the Well so the bottle drains. You will start to experience aroma diffusion between 30 minutes and one hour later. While you wait, add some of the same oil to the top Puck to kickstart the scent.
Press the button on the top of your Diffuser to turn the fan on. We have three fan settings; Low (one light), Medium (two lights), and High (three lights).
How do I clean the Aroma Diffuser?
Unlike most diffusers, the Aroma Diffuser is hassle-free. Simply wipe down the top grate and body of the diffuser with a warm cloth.
Diffusion Wells and Aroma Pucks are both made of very porous material, in order to best absorb the aroma oils, and should not be washed. We recommend having a dedicated Puck and Diffusion Well for each scent, but you can also mix and match for a more robust aromatherapy experience.
When should I use the Aroma Puck vs. Diffusion Well?
The Aroma Puck is perfect for switching up your scent often. Place 2-5 drops of oil onto the puck. Diffuse. Switch your scent and puck. Repeat.
The Diffusion Well is only compatible with the Aroma Diffuser and the Humidifier Plus, it should not be used with our standard bedside Humidifier. The Well is best for filling your space with a long-lasting scent. Remove top. Place the bottle upside down into the Diffusion Well. Close diffuser. The scent will gradually diffuse over time.
How long will it take for the aroma to begin circulating around my room?
You'll begin smelling the pure, potent scent of your aroma oil once your Diffusion Well has been fully saturated. Most customers will be able to enjoy their aromas within 30 minutes, however, it can differ from home to home depending on the amount of oil added and the humidity in the room.
