Step 1Remove existing showerhead
Unscrew existing shower head by turning counterclockwise by hand or use the wrench provided. Not quite sure how? Learn more here.

Step 2Attach the Filtered Showerhead
Simply twist it clockwise onto the pipe until secure. Use the winged tab at the top of the Showerhead to tighten.

Step 3Enjoy your cleanest clean!
Use the adjuster on the face to toggle between the three water pressure settings offered.

Step 4Make it a shower ritual
Place the Felt Diffuser on your Filtered Showerhead and drop ~15 drops of oil onto the felt. Enjoy as the scent fills your bathroom!

What does it filter out?
The Canopy filtered shower head has been tested to ANSI/NSF-177 standards to reduce chlorine and other contaminants. The ingredients in our filtering media have been shown to help reduce chlorine, magnesium, calcium carbonate, iron, hydrogen sulfide, mercury, chromium, and chloramine.4

When & how do I change the filter?
We recommend replacing your filter every 90 days by pushing the lip of the showerhead upwards, removing & unscrewing face, tossing out the old & placing in the new filter inside
Will it fit in my shower?
It sure will! We created the Canopy Filtered Showerhead to fit the standard 1/2-inch thread size for modern-day US plumbing fixtures, including fixed, adjustable, rain, handheld and dual shower fixture set.

How do I use Canopy Aromas in the shower?
Drip 15 drops of your desired oil on the Felt Diffuser or into the shower directly for a quick burst of aroma, and hang freely in your shower. Enjoy!

The filtered water is nice and it does leave my skin feeling better than unfiltered water but the stream is weak and I always find myself wishing for extra water pressure every shower. As for the fragrances that are included, I wish I could pick the scents as I usually only like one out of the three.

We understand your concerns about the water pressure. Our handheld showerhead is intentionally designed as a low-flow 1.8 GPM showerhead, which is gentler and more water-efficient than traditional 2.5 GPM showerheads. Because of this, some customers perceive the spray as softer, especially if their home's water pressure is already on the lower side.
To help us better understand your experience, could you let us know how long your current filter has been installed? We generally recommend replacing the filter around every 90 days, depending on water quality and usage. If your filter is approaching or past that timeframe, or if it appears discolored or clogged, installing a fresh filter may help improve flow.
We're also curious whether your shower had stronger pressure before installing the handheld showerhead. Knowing that can help us determine whether the experience is related to the showerhead design, filter condition, or your home's existing water pressure.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the fragrance selection. We understand that scent preferences are very personal, and it's completely understandable to have favorites among the aromas included in the subscription.
While the fragrances included in subscription shipments are pre-selected and cannot currently be customized, customers are always welcome to purchase their preferred aromas individually through our website whenever needed.
