Right now in the US, including all territories, we can offer free shipping on orders over $25.

In Canada, shipping for orders over $25 USD is flat at $30 USD per order. If you are shopping in Canada you can purchase some of our units and accessories through Indigo or the Eye Drop Shop and get your order shipped for free!

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

What is your return policy?

All Canopy devices are covered by our Risk-Free: 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. This applies to all Humidifiers, Diffusers, and Filtered Showerheads purchased from Canopy. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your device after use, you have 60 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.
