Step 1Slide band onto spout
Slide band onto the bathtub spout and position it near the end where the spout cover will sit.

Step 2Attach the Spout Cover
Press the spout cover firmly onto the bathtub spout, over the attachment band. The band will help hold the cover in place securely.

Make sure the spout is centered over the filter opening and filter is level.

Why should I filter my bath water?
Chlorine and other contaminants found in household water has been shown to irritate sensitive skin, leading to discomfort and dryness. Bathing in filtered water is a key component to any complete wellness routine.
How do I clean it?
Cleaning is simple and hassle-free! The bathtub filter does include built-in ventilation and an antimicrobial coating to resist mold and mildew buildup from happening in the first place but for regular upkeep you can wipe the silicone parts down with a cloth for everyday upkeep. For a deeper clean, you can place the filter’s silicone components on the top rack of your dishwasher.
When & how do I change the filter?
We recommend replacing your filter cartridge every 90 days by using finger tabs to pull out the old cartridge and swap in a new one to continue enjoying the benefits of cleaner water.

We're also sorry to hear about the leak you experienced after installing the filter. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. Our Tub Filter is designed to operate with standard residential water pressure, and we take reports like yours seriously as we continually monitor product performance and quality.
We'd also like to provide a little more information about the opening at the front of the Bath Tub Filter. This is called the spillway, and it is intentionally designed to release excess water when the flow rate from the faucet is higher than the filter is designed to accommodate. Many bathtub faucets are built to fill a tub quickly, and when the water pressure is high, some water may exit through the spillway. This is especially common with single handle bathtub faucets, where you can adjust the water temperature but not the water flow.
Even when this occurs, the majority of the water, typically between 80% and 100%, is still filtered before it enters your tub, providing a significant improvement over unfiltered tap water.
We're also sorry to hear that you continued to notice a strong chlorine smell while using the filter. While the filter cartridge is designed to reduce chlorine and other impurities, it does not completely eliminate the chlorine odor in every situation. In some cases, the scent may actually come from the chlorine that has been captured and retained within the filter cartridge rather than chlorine that remains in the bath water.
If you'd like to confirm that your filter is working as intended, you can use a simple chlorine water test kit to compare chlorine levels before and after filling your tub with the filter attached. This can help verify that the filter is actively reducing chlorine in your bath water.
