FAQs
How do I use the Canopy Baby Sound Machine + Aroma?
We designed the Sound Machine to be as simple and intuitive as possible. Hold the power button down for 2 seconds to turn on, then use the sound button just below it to cycle through the 15 built-in sounds. Adjust volume with the plus and minus buttons to find your preferred level.
If you're using it at bedtime, you can set an auto shut-off by pressing the clock icon at the top. Each press cycles through the three timer options: 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The indicator lights at the bottom will illuminate to show which you've selected.
For the night light, tap the sun-shaped light button once to turn on red light (designed to avoid disrupting sleep), twice to switch to white light (bright enough to read by, or dim enough to navigate the room without disturbing anyone), and a third time to turn it off. While your preferred color is on, hold the button down to brighten or dim to your preference.
To add aroma, give the front cap a quarter turn to unscrew it, remove the felt diffuser, add a few drops of your oil of choice, and let it absorb for a moment before sliding it back into place. Reattach the faceplate by twisting until the markers align. Once loaded, use the aroma button (the one with three wavy lines) to swap between the two fan speeds. You'll hear a subtle shift in the fan volume to indicate whether you're on high, or low. When the fan is on the light above the button will illuminate.
To lock your settings, hold the lock button for 3 seconds. While in lock mode any time you try to make a change to your setting a tone will sound, letting you know you're in a locked state. Hold it again whenever you're ready to make a change.
How do I clean the Sound Machine?
Give the faceplate a quarter turn to remove it from the body of the device, then remove the felt diffuser. Wipe down the faceplate and the interior of the device where the aroma sits with an antibacterial wipe or damp cloth to clear any oil buildup. Allow everything to dry fully, then replace the felt diffuser and faceplate. Good as new.
A quick tip: let your oil fully absorb into the felt diffuser before inserting it to minimize residue buildup over time, and never use more than 15 drops at a time.
Do not submerge the device in water. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach.
How is the Canopy Air Purifier different from others?
You deserve the peace of mind that comes with having fresher air at home. But most air purifiers are bulky, messy, and overcomplicated.
We reimagined the Air Purifier with a sleek, compact design that stands upright or lays flat, perfect for a shelf, nightstand, or tucked into a corner. Convenient built-in USB-C port lets you power your essentials without the cord clutter.
Take a deep breath as multi-stage HEPA filtration captures up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns1. Touch-free filter swaps and dishwasher-safe parts make keeping your air fresh hassle-free.
Whisper-quiet Sleep-Safe Auto Mode, a soft night light and gentle aroma diffusion set the tone for rest so you can settle in to the sleep of your dreams.

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your Canopy Air Purifier filter every 6 months (approximately 720 hours of use). This interval is based on average home air quality and daily use. Replacement timing may vary depending on your environment. Your device's filter indicator light will illuminate when it’s time for a change.
How do I clean the Canopy Air Purifier?
To clean your Canopy Air Purifier, first unplug the unit and remove the faceplate, which can be washed by hand with mild soap and water or placed on the top rack of your dishwasher.
