“During bath time, children can be exposed to chlorine and other irritants which may lead to eye redness, and irritation, especially in kids' still-developing eyes. I recommend Canopy’s Bath Tub Filter to limit these exposures, so little ones can splash and play with more comfort”3

"As a pediatrician and a mom of a child who had sensitive skin, I wish I would have thought to filter the water I used to bathe my son. Hard water is known to have chemicals such as chlorine which can further break down an already sensitive skin barrier, especially for our little ones with eczema. Canopy’s Bath Tub Filter even has a temperature sensor to alert you if the water is getting too warm." 3

FAQs

While results may vary per individual, based on an external Consumer Perception Study of 42 parents after 30 days*:

Skin

  • 88% noticed their child’s skin felt softer and more hydrated
  • 83% felt that their child's skin felt less dry and flaky

  • 88% felt their tub is safer from bumps during bath time

What does it filter out?

Our filtering media is known to reduce chlorine and other contaminants and impurities from tap water.

Why should I filter my bath water?

Chlorine and other contaminants found in household water has been shown to irritate sensitive skin, leading to discomfort and dryness. Bathing in filtered water is a key component to any complete wellness routine.

How do I clean it?

Cleaning is simple and hassle-free! The bathtub filter does include built-in ventilation and an antimicrobial coating to resist mold and mildew buildup from happening in the first place but for regular upkeep you can wipe the silicone parts down with a cloth for everyday upkeep. For a deeper clean, you can place the filter’s silicone components on the top rack of your dishwasher.

When & how do I change the filter?

We recommend replacing your filter cartridge every 90 days by using finger tabs to pull out the old cartridge and swap in a new one to continue enjoying the benefits of cleaner water.

Will it fit in my bath tub spout?

The Canopy Bath Tub Filter is designed to fit most bath spouts with a variety of spout shapes and sizes, staying secure and keeping leaks at bay. Each package includes 2 attachment band sizes for a custom fit. We recommend checking your bath spout type here if you're not sure.

Not quite the right fit? No worries — enjoy free returns within 60 days in the U.S.

How do I use Canopy Aromas in the bath?

Add a few drops of aroma oil to the bath water or drip 15 drops it onto the Felt Diffuser and hang anywhere in your bathroom for a longer-lasting scent.

    Do Not Buy

I purchased the hand held shower head. The faceplate is a heavy plastic rather than metal. . When it was time to replace the filter it would not budge even after all the suggestions customer service recommended. I cannot return the unused filter because you can't return the first 2 subscriptions. I cancelled my subscription. . I am going to look for another brand with easier to remove faceplates. Very disappointing. I wish I could return the entire unit. I do not recommend.

My hair feels soooo much better since this was installed!I get bleach in my hair and this last time the water was making my hair feel so crunchy afterwards and the color wasn’t lasting/staying as vibrant. Now my hair is soft and the color is lasting for 2 months
