What does it filter out?

The Canopy filtered shower head has been tested to ANSI/NSF-177 standards to reduce chlorine and other contaminants. The ingredients in our filtering media have been shown to help reduce chlorine, magnesium, calcium carbonate, iron, hydrogen sulfide, mercury, chromium, and chloramine.4

Why should I shower in filtered water?

Your skin and hair deserve better than unfiltered water. The Canopy Filtered showerhead is pro-stylist approved for healthy-looking skin and softer hair.

When & how do I change the filter?

We recommend replacing your filter every 90 days by twisting off the faceplate, tossing out the old, and placing the new filter inside. Please note that the Showerhead Filter is compatible with all Canopy Showerheads.

Will it fit in my shower?

It sure will! We created the Canopy Handheld Filtered Showerhead to fit the standard 1/2-inch thread size for modern-day US plumbing.

See here for more information and examples of how the showerhead fits in different setups.

Which showerhead is best for me?

Consider your preferences for showering experience and the features that matter most to you when choosing between the three Canopy options. No matter what your shower set-up is, you can use either or both options!

Canopy Filtered Showerhead: Ideal for those who prefer a standard showerhead experience. It offers three stream settings for a customized shower experience and aroma diffusion for a spa-like ambiance.

Handheld Filtered Showerhead: Perfect for individuals who want more flexibility and control during their shower. It comes with two interchangeable faceplates: standard spray nozzles and protruding nozzles.

Mini Filtered Showerhead: Best for smaller showers, lower ceilings, or anyone who wants a more compact profile. With just a 4-inch span, it delivers filtered water and strong pressure without taking up extra space.

How do I use Canopy Aromas in the shower?

Drip 15 drops of your desired oil on the Felt Diffuser or into the shower directly for a quick burst of aroma, and hang freely in your shower. Enjoy!

How is it different from competitors?

The Canopy Mini Filtered Showerhead stands out in a few key ways. It features the same winged handle as our standard Canopy Filtered Showerhead, which makes installation quick and easy. It’s also compatible with our Felt Diffusers, so you can enjoy all of the fresh scents from our Canopy Aroma Oils while you shower. On top of that, the Mini has a compact 4-inch span, so you get the benefits of a filtered showerhead without losing valuable headroom in your space.

    Do Not Buy

I purchased the hand held shower head. The faceplate is a heavy plastic rather than metal. . When it was time to replace the filter it would not budge even after all the suggestions customer service recommended. I cannot return the unused filter because you can't return the first 2 subscriptions. I cancelled my subscription. . I am going to look for another brand with easier to remove faceplates. Very disappointing. I wish I could return the entire unit. I do not recommend.
