    Love this filter

    We have been loving the bath attachment filter!

    Our water is very hard and filled will lot of minerals!

    I noticed a difference in the daughter’s skin wining two weeks! Her dry patches cleared up with the help of the filter and new lotion! I also love that is covers the bath faucet completely, incase she falls or smacks at it. My husband and I keep talking about needing to purchase the shower head attachment too!!

    Recently i had to discard of my filter because it became molded on the inside and I was unsuccessful in getting it completely clean because I couldn’t access the inside well enough to do so

    Thank you for sharing your experience. We're very sorry to hear that you felt you needed to discard your Bath Tub Filter due to what appeared to be mold buildup inside the unit. We understand how concerning that can be, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

    The Bath Tub Filter was designed with cleanliness in mind, featuring built-in ventilation and an antimicrobial coating to help resist mold and mildew buildup. For routine maintenance, we recommend wiping down the silicone exterior after use, allowing the unit to dry completely between baths, and performing a deeper clean at least once a month. The filter can be removed from the tub spout, rinsed with warm water and mild soap, or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher for a more thorough cleaning.

    That said, we're sorry that cleaning the inside of the unit proved difficult and that this led to you disposing of the filter. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

    Non-filtered water pouring out

    Seems good but about 20% of the water coming out of the faucet goes through the unfiltered portion. I don’t really have flow control other than making it all the way hot or all the way cold

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for reaching out and for giving our Bath Tub Filter a try. We’re sorry it hasn’t been performing quite the way you expected.

    The openings at the front of the Bath Tub Filter and at the bottom, behind where the filter sits, are what we call the spillways. They’re intentionally designed to release excess water when the flow rate from a bathtub faucet is especially high. Many bathtub spouts are designed to fill a tub quickly, and on setups with a single control handle, where you can adjust temperature but not flow rate, it’s common for some water to exit through these release areas.

    Even when this occurs, the majority of the water is still passing through the filter media before entering your tub, providing a significant improvement over unfiltered tap water.

    To help ensure you're getting the best possible performance, please double-check that the attachment band is pulled all the way back toward the base of your spout, with the arrow on the tab facing the wall. The band should not be visible through the top slit of the silicone cover. Proper positioning helps create a secure fit and can reduce slipping or additional water escaping where it shouldn’t.
