    Perfect Bathtub filter for babies

    There are not many bath tub filters out there and canopy has made a great one that makes me feel confident about bathing my baby everyday in the less than clean Florida tap water! It’s a nicer design than others we’ve tried but it’s a little bulky for our specific tub spout/ doesn’t fit perfectly is my only complaint.

    wanted to love it but it doesn’t work

    Installed following the instructions, but water leaks through the front and the back bypassing the filter no matter how I adjust it. Even when I physically hold it in place, water still leaks. It only works as intended when the water flow is super light (which for my tub means super cold or super hot).

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your Baby Bath Tub Filter hasn’t worked as you expected. We completely understand how frustrating it must be, especially after carefully following the installation instructions.

    We’d also like to clarify something about the water coming through the front of the filter. That opening is what we call the Spillway, and it’s intentionally designed to release excess water when the flow rate from your faucet is high. Many bathtub spouts are designed to fill quickly, and when the water pressure is too strong, some water may exit through this release opening. This is especially common with setups that have only one knob, where you can control the water temperature but not the flow rate.

    Even when the Spillway is releasing some water, the majority of the water—typically 80–100%—is still being effectively filtered before entering your tub, providing a significant improvement compared with unfiltered tap water.
