    Do Not Buy

I purchased the hand held shower head. The faceplate is a heavy plastic rather than metal. . When it was time to replace the filter it would not budge even after all the suggestions customer service recommended. I cannot return the unused filter because you can't return the first 2 subscriptions. I cancelled my subscription. . I am going to look for another brand with easier to remove faceplates. Very disappointing. I wish I could return the entire unit. I do not recommend.

    Hi Marilyn,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the Handheld Showerhead and the frustration you’ve encountered when trying to unscrew the faceplate to replace your filter. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially after trying the troubleshooting steps recommended by our customer service team.

We also understand your concerns about returning your unused filter. As outlined in our Return Policy, accessories are final sale and can't be returned or refunded unless you received them damaged. Our subscription also requires a minimum of two refill shipments before cancellation, after which you can conveniently manage and cancel your subscription through your Canopy Account page. If you experience any difficulties cancelling online, you can reach out to us and our team will be happy to assist you.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to discuss the issue with your showerhead and explore how we can best assist you.

Thank you again for your honest feedback, Marilyn. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Silky hair

My hair feels soooo much better since this was installed!I get bleach in my hair and this last time the water was making my hair feel so crunchy afterwards and the color wasn’t lasting/staying as vibrant. Now my hair is soft and the color is lasting for 2 months

Canopy handheld filtered shower head is just we needed

Both my husband and I are thrilled with this product! Since showering using Canopy filtered shower head our skin, and hair looks and feels so much better. There's a lot lime scale in our water, and Canopy filter has had a positive impact on us! And the water pressure is great too!

I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with hard water. You'll be glad you did.

    Kind regards,

    Patricia
