    Good I guess

    Good on the most part. But I don't like how the filter starts to smell and needs a change so soon. Also, the dust and mold build up eventually gets inside and is very hard to clean. Not exactly mold free as advertised but probably better than other humidifiers on the market.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you've had a positive experience overall, but we're sorry to learn about the odor from the filter and the dust and mold buildup you've encountered.

    We designed the Canopy Humidifier with mold prevention in mind. Features like Auto Mode and our water sensors are intended to help inhibit mold growth by allowing the humidifier to continue running until the remaining water has evaporated. For the best performance, we recommend allowing each cycle to finish completely before refilling the tank and avoiding unplugging the unit while water is still in the tray. Allowing the filter to remain continuously wet without regular drying can affect both its performance and lifespan.

    Filter longevity can vary depending on factors such as water quality, humidity levels, and frequency of use. In general, we recommend replacing the filter every 5 to 7 weeks, though homes with hard water may require more frequent replacements. If needed, you can easily adjust your filter delivery schedule through your subscription settings.

    To help minimize dust buildup, we recommend placing your humidifier on a tabletop rather than the floor, where the fan is more likely to draw in dust and debris. The tank, cap, and tray are all top rack dishwasher safe, while the body of the humidifier can be cleaned by unplugging the unit and wiping the interior with a damp cloth or antibacterial wipe. If dust collects around the fan, canned air can be used to loosen debris before gently wiping the area clean. It's also a good idea to periodically wipe the water sensors with a damp paper towel or melamine sponge to remove any mineral buildup that may affect performance.

    very subtle and clear

    Best humidifier I've tried because it doesn't do the active thick steam. Others would give me headaches. his one is subtle but effective. and perfect for my bedroom. I try not to leave water in the tray though, and let it run otherwise it gets moldy faster. If it finishes with every use (overnight for me) the filters last even longer.
