    Customer support is really lacking, but I like the product

    I got the shower head set and when it arrived it was missing some of the pieces that were supposed to be included. After about a month of back and forth, I finally got the items I was missing but it was a huge pain.

    So far, I like the product. Easy to install, water pressure is good, and feels like my skin is healthier looking.
