    We're sorry to hear you've had trouble removing the lid to replace the filter. There are a few things that may help:

    • The faceplate has small grips that provide traction when twisting it open. Make sure both your hands and the showerhead handle are completely dry, and try wrapping a towel around the faceplate for a better grip.
    • If it feels especially tight, there may be a bit of mineral buildup on the threads.
    • Occasionally, a little pressure can build up inside the handle, making the faceplate more difficult to remove. If that happens, try unscrewing the handle from the hose first to release the pressure, then try removing the faceplate again. While this isn't something that should happen regularly, it can occur from time to time.

    Once you've opened it, we recommend cleaning the threads on both the handle and the faceplate before reassembling. This helps prevent mineral buildup and makes future filter replacements easier.

    If you're still having trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look. Please reach out to us and send a short video showing your attempt to remove the faceplate, and our team will review it and provide more specific guidance based on what we see.

    Customer support is really lacking, but I like the product

    I got the shower head set and when it arrived it was missing some of the pieces that were supposed to be included. After about a month of back and forth, I finally got the items I was missing but it was a huge pain.

    So far, I like the product. Easy to install, water pressure is good, and feels like my skin is healthier looking.
