Canopy devices, Humidifiers, Diffusers, Air Purifiers, and Water Filtration products, are covered by our Risk-Free 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your device, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a small handling fee.

Simply get a refund when you report your package as lost, stolen, or damaged in transit within 7 days of its scheduled delivery.
