    One great scent, one ok scent

    The lavender scent smells really good and I’m so glad they finally got a lavender one. I don't love the other scent. Its ok. But not my favorite.

We really appreciate you letting us know, as feedback like this helps us better understand what our customers are looking for in their aroma experience.

    If you’re using the Aroma Stone on the grate of your Humidifier, adding a few drops of oil should begin distributing the aroma within just a few minutes. We recommend adding 5–8 drops at a time. How long the scent lasts can vary from home to home, primarily depending on the amount of oil added and the size of the room. In a larger room (over 500 sq. ft.), a few drops may last around an hour, while in a smaller room, the scent may last throughout the day.

    If you’re using the Diffusion Well, it will generally absorb and distribute the aroma within the first hour of adding the fragrance oil. We recommend inserting the full 8 mL bottle into the Well and allowing it to absorb the entire contents. The aroma can last for up to two weeks! The Well can diffuse up to 15 mL of oil; beyond that, it may become oversaturated and may not absorb and diffuse oil at a consistent rate.

    For both the Humidifier and Diffuser, your fan setting can also affect the longevity of the aroma. The higher the fan setting, the faster the scent will fade, so keeping your device on a lower setting can help extend the aromatherapy experience.
