    I can't live without it!

    I am truly obsessed with my Canopy. I run it 24/7 and it makes a huge difference. I live in Arizona so it is a very dry climate. The Canopy actually creates a cool breeze as well, which is refreshing. It does make noise when it is on, but I find it relaxing. It is white noise for sure! I purchased the Sanctuary Aroma plus the filter subscription and I am very happy I did. The scents all smell amazing. My family members keep commenting about how fantastic my room smells when the come in. I enjoy getting the different scents each month! This humidifier is so easy to use and even easier to clean. I bought the purple color and I absolutely love it.

    Humidifier is great! Repeat oils not so much.

    The humidifier itself is wonderful. i can have it running for as long as i need it to and have no problems with it since it has arrived. I run the necessary parts thru the dishwasher at the time that i change the filter. i'm giving it three stars cause i thought i would be receiving new and different oils every month, my 3rd month in and i received the filter and a repeat of the Laneige oils. My second box came with different oils and so i was excited that i would be receiving new oils every month, if that is the case then i will probably cancel this subscription and just order the filter when necessary. i don't need that many of the same oils over and over again.

    I've checked your Account and it shows that you should have received Sanctuary Aroma Kit. One of our team members will be reaching out with the order number for your kit replacement. You can keep the oils you received with you, no need for a return.

    Currently, we don't offer the ability to customize what you receive with your Aroma Subscription. 3 days before your refill ships you'll receive a confirmation email about your upcoming order, if you've been assigned a specific Aroma Kit that's where you'll be able to see what to expect in your upcoming kit. If you're not interested in a particular kit or have all the Aroma Oils you need, you'll be able to Skip or Reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your next refill.
