    adjustment malfunction

    I think this is a quality product from what I can tell as relates to purifying water. However, the shower head will not tilt/adjust and remain in place. I have to wedge it to keep it pointed where I want it to be. This is very frustrating, especially for the price.

    Noticeable water softness
