Saving my hair one shower at a time. Oh and my skin is happy. I live in an old renovated apartment where the pipes still have 1950’s equipment and this showerhead cuts some of the hard water issues but really helps with the rusty metallic stuff I was getting in my old showerhead

    Shower head

I like the idea of having a shower head that has a filter that can be changed every 3 months. Except that it’s useless now because I cannot get the faceplate off.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble removing the faceplate on your showerhead, especially since you were excited about the convenience of being able to change out the filter every three months.

We'd really like to help get this sorted out for you. One of our team members will be reaching out to you directly to better understand what's happening and see what we can do to make things right.

We truly appreciate your patience, Nancy, and we're sorry you've had this frustrating experience. Thank you for choosing Canopy!
