    Love the shower system

    I ordered the Gold and it is Gorgeous! I have been using the system for a couple weeks now and already noticed a difference in my skin. It’s much softer. I have never been excited about a shower before I found canopy.! highly recommend

    Broke 2 years in

    I received my shower head as a gift two christmases ago, and it already broke. The cover where the water comes out won’t stay on tightly and the water spray pushes it off. It’s not covered by the warranty anymore, so it was just a big waste of $150.

    This isn't the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience. In some cases, this type of issue can occur if the filter has become oversaturated and needs to be replaced. If you've already installed a new filter and the problem persists, it may indicate an internal issue with the showerhead itself.
