How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary based on the overall cost of the items in your cart. But don't worry, we'll always let you know what shipping costs will be before your card is charged. Just add what you'd like to your cart, enter your address, and select the green button labeled "Continue to Shipping." The total cost of your order will update immediately!

Right now in the US, including all territories, we can offer free shipping on orders over $25.

In Canada, shipping for orders over $25 USD is flat at $30 USD per order. Currently we are only shipping to Canada for subscriptions refills created prior to March 19th, 2025. If you are shopping in Canada you can purchase some of our units and accessories through Indigo or the Eye Drop Shop and get your order shipped for free!

Package Protection

Simply get a refund when you report your package as lost, stolen, or damaged in transit within 7 days of its scheduled delivery.

Some items may not be eligible for this service, such as items that are final sale. By opting out of this service you will be responsible for any return costs such as shipping labels, handling fees, or restocking fees. Additionally, your package won't be protected if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The price of this service includes a $1.98 flat fee, plus 2% of the cart total.
